Industrial development based on efforts to create a better, more efficient product has also prompted technological advances in the field of mist removal. The Atmospheric pollution, mechanical corrosion, loss of raw material etc that is a source of trouble for the industrial world comes in everything from relatively large objects to particles on the submicron level, the appropriate technology also being needed to separate each of them.
Separate mist without fail. Our company has constantly striven to develop this technology and improve quality, now gaining trust as a specialist producer in the Mesh Demister field from a wide range of industries such as oil refining, petrochemistry, gas chemistry, food engineering, and the electronics industry. We urge you to utilize the developments and findings our company has achieved over the years since it started manufacturing Mesh Demisters.
Mesh Demister Structure
There are various kinds of mists ranging from gases that contain relatively large particles called “accompanying droplets” to submicron scale white smoke. The mesh demister is a product that catches such mists in its lineate inner, separates and removes them. It is, however, necessary to apply several fundamental laws of chemistry in order to collect mist. In the mesh demister's case, most collection takes advantage of the inertial collision principle.
1. Inertial Collision
When gas accompanying the mist reaches the line, the gas avoids the line's circumference and flows around. On the other hand, mist goes straight due to inertial force, collides with the line, and is collected.
2. Direct Obstruction
1/3 of the mist that rises with the flow of gas and interacts with the line is collected.
3. Brown Diffusion
The tiny mist moves (brown diffusion principle) without regard to the gas, and so is collected by the line.

Types of Mesh Demister
Strip Type
(Sectional Type)
Layered style, divisible design for insertion through manhole.
Wound Type
(One Piece Type)
Spiraled style, suited to use with small units of 300mm or less.
Tacked Type
Folded type, no scrape usually associated with demisters making it suitable for use with food products such as salt, sugar, and chemical additives, or with evaporation purification related plants.
